Jerusalem, Wilhelm

   Austrian philos-opher. He was born in Drenic, Bohemia. He became a schoolmaster and later taught philosophy and pedagogics at the University of Vienna; between 1894 and 1902 he also taught at the Jüdisch-Theologische Lehranstalt in Vienna. He wrote studies of the psychology of language and thought, the theory of consciousness, and problems of logic.
